We love pets, but to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and comfort for all our guests, Salvatore Homes does not allow animals or pets of any kind or size in our properties. We appreciate your understanding and invite you to contact us if you have any specific needs or questions.
Transport and parking
Salvatore Homes offers convenient transport options, including VIP airport transfers for a smooth arrival and departure. Prices are on the VIP transfer page. Casa Louisa includes one private, lockable garage in the underground car park for one car. An additional parking space can be added for €29 per night per car, subject to availability.
Do you provide baby cribs and high chairs?
Yes, Salvatore Homes provides baby cribs and high chairs on request. We are happy to welcome families travelling with young children. Just let us know in advance and we will make sure everything is set up for a comfortable, stress-free stay.
Is there air conditioning in the apartment?
Yes, all Salvatore Homes properties are air-conditioned, so you can relax in a perfectly climate-controlled home in the warm summer months as well as in the cooler seasons.
Do you provide a daily cleaning service?
We do not offer daily housekeeping. A full cleaning of the apartment is included at check-in and check-out for a fee of €290 per cleaning, already included in your booking. If you would like an additional full cleaning during your stay, please contact our team in advance; we can only offer a full cleaning at the stated price. Every home also has premium Bosch appliances, including a washing machine and a dryer.
Is there complimentary Wi-Fi?
Yes, all Salvatore Homes properties include complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi, so you can stay connected throughout your stay, whether you are working remotely, streaming or planning your next day on Lake Garda.
Do we need to bring bed linen or towels?
No, there is no need to bring your own. All Salvatore Homes properties are fully equipped with Salvatore Homes CASA® Collection bed linen, towels and essential amenities for a comfortable, hassle-free stay.
Do you provide bathroom amenities?
Yes, we provide premium BARRONA® bathroom amenities. Each Salvatore Homes property includes shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap and a hairdryer, so you can pack light and feel at home.
Is smoking allowed?
No, smoking is not allowed inside any Salvatore Homes property. Smoking outdoors is fine as long as no smell reaches the interior: doors must be kept closed while smoking. Please check with our team for the details of your home. Violations are fined €2,500.
Is the swimming pool heated during my stay?
The swimming pool is open and heated from mid-April to mid-October (the exact dates can vary with the residence community's decision).
How far is the swimming pool from the apartment?
The infinity pool of Residence Corte Garden is a few steps away within the residence. Take a swim and come straight back to the apartment's own balcony.

Een prachtig appartement. Erg luxe ingericht met allerlei apparatuur, wasmachine, droger, uitgebreide keuken met veel apparatuur. Het terras is super met diverse zitjes en de toegang tot het zwembad. Handdoeken zijn aanwezig, net als het beddengoed. Bedden slapen prima. Je loopt vanaf het appartement makkelijk naar het centrum van Bardolino. De auto kan dan in de garage blijven staan. Dat jij zelf de vuilnis moet storten ergens in de stad. Althans, een deel van je afval. Dat is op dag van vertrek wel lastig. Je hebt de auto dan vol gepakt en dan moet je ook nog een zak vuilnis meenemen.

Best Stay
Just wow! We were lucky, spontaneously decided to go to Lake Garda with friends and found the apartment at that very moment. Brand new! We were the first! Prime location, less than a 5-minute walk to the city center, absolutely modern facilities and everything you could possibly need is there. The underground bedrooms have a cool feel. The garden was a dream, and what we especially loved was: Out of the garden, 5m into the pool, and then back into the garden to your own sun lounger. There was even an outdoor kitchen for barbecuing. Plenty of space and everyone had their privacy. There was a charging station in the garage, so we didn't have to search for long, but we didn't need the car anyway. Compliments to the Salvatore team, everything was perfect and we will definitely come back, but next time for a longer stay.There was absolutely nothing to complain about, unfortunately we couldn't stay longer, but we'll definitely make up for it next time!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this stunning luxury apartment in the Residence Corte Garden. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the elegant design, high-end finishes, and thoughtful amenities that made our stay feel truly indulgent.
One of our favorite features was the terrace overlooking the community pool—it was the perfect spot to relax and unwind after a dip in the pool. The pool itself was pristine and never too crowded, offering a peaceful retreat just steps from our door.
The location couldn’t have been better. Being just a 1-minute walk from the city center meant we had easy access to Bardolino’s shops, restaurants, and lakeside promenade. We also appreciated how convenient it was to reach nearby bus routes, making day trips around Lake Garda much easier (especially using Google Maps).
The apartment was equipped with everything we needed, from a fully furnished kitchen to family games to pool towels and glorious A/C for those hot days!

Das Apartment ist sehr modern und liegt nur 3 Gehminuten von der Altstadt entfernt. Man hat einen Gemeinschaftspool direkt an der Terrasse, den man mit nutzen kann. Alles ist sehr sauber und stilvoll. Die Bilder entsprechen der Unterkunft! Wir wären gerne noch länger geblieben. Den Haus-Müll kann man nur an öffentlichen Müllplätzen entsorgen. Der ist gerade ohne Auto nicht so komfortabel.

Meget serviceminded værtinde og ejer, personlig modtagelse og introduktion ved ankomst.Private garden er ikke så privat - alle kan kigge ind.
Aircon virkede ikke optimalt, på trods af ejerens ihærdige og meget servicemindede forsøg på at løse det, lykkedes det aldrig at få det 100% til at køle nok.
Affald - når spandene i garagen er fyldt, skal man selv køre sit affald væk.
Men - ovenstående er mindre detaljer, det er et dejligt sted vi gerne besøger igen.

Náš pobyt v novém apartmánu od Salvatore Homes byl prostě úžasný. Poté, co jsem se zamilovala do jejich apartmánu v Torii minulý rok, jsem se okamžitě rozhodla zarezervovat tento nový apartmán, jakmile byl k dispozici. Luxusní, avšak přitom domácká atmosféra mě okamžitě uchvátila. Obzvláště jsem si užívala přístupu k bazénu a soukromí vlastní zahrady. Ty klidné rána s kávou a mou oblíbenou knihou na terase byly naprostým vrcholem. Můj manžel byl stejně nadšený. Eine absolut tolle Location! Die Ausstattung läßt nichts zu wünschen übrig. An jedes Detail wurde gedacht!
