Can I bring animals/pets?
Pets are not allowed in any of our properties, whatever their kind or size. If you have a specific need, please contact us before booking.
Transport and parking
We offer a VIP meet & greet airport transfer (see our VIP page). The homes in Torri del Benaco and San Zeno di Montagna have private underground garages for two cars. Each Bardolino home includes one garage space for one car; an extra parking space can be added for €29 per night per car, subject to availability.
Do you provide baby cribs and high chairs?
Yes. Cribs and high chairs are provided on request, please let us know in advance.
Is there air conditioning inside the apartment?
Yes, every Salvatore home is fully air-conditioned.
Do you provide a daily cleaning service?
There is no daily housekeeping. A full cleaning before check-in and after check-out is included in the cleaning fee shown when you book. An additional full cleaning during your stay can be booked in advance. Every home has a Bosch washer and dryer.
Is there complimentary Wi-Fi?
Yes, all properties include free high-speed Wi-Fi.
Do we need to bring bed linen or towels?
No. Every home is equipped with Salvatore Homes CASA® Collection bed linen and towels.
Do you provide bathroom amenities?
Yes. Each home provides BARRONA® shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap and a hairdryer.
Is smoking allowed?
Smoking is not allowed indoors. Outdoors it is tolerated with doors closed so that no smell reaches the interior; please check the rules of your home. Violations are fined €2,500.
Do you have a wallbox for electric cars?
In Bardolino the garages have an ABB wallbox suitable for hybrid and fully electric cars. In Torri del Benaco the garages have a standard socket for your own portable charging cable.
