The home
An eco-friendly home with a rooftop photovoltaic system that powers the whole residence. Continuous floor heating and cooling, air conditioning in every room, electric blinds throughout and high-speed internet indoors and out.
Both bedrooms have a 160 cm double bed, a desk, a 50″ Smart TV and their own terrace over the olive-tree garden. The bathrooms have rain showers, heated mirrors and towel heaters. The living room has a sofa bed for two more guests and an open kitchen with island and Bosch appliances.
In the evening the whole garden is lit with ambient lighting. From 15 October 2025 the home has its own private whirlpool, perfect under the stars or on a winter evening.

Can I bring animals or pets?
We love pets, but to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and comfort for all our guests, Salvatore Homes does not allow animals or pets of any kind or size in our properties. We appreciate your understanding and invite you to contact us if you have any specific needs or questions.
Transport and parking
Salvatore Homes offers convenient transport options, including VIP airport transfers for a smooth arrival and departure. Prices are on the VIP transfer page. Casa Olivia includes one private, lockable garage in the underground car park for one car. An additional parking space can be added for €29 per night per car, subject to availability.
Do you provide baby cribs and high chairs?
Yes, Salvatore Homes provides baby cribs and high chairs on request. We are happy to welcome families travelling with young children. Just let us know in advance and we will make sure everything is set up for a comfortable, stress-free stay.
Is there air conditioning in the apartment?
Yes, all Salvatore Homes properties are air-conditioned, so you can relax in a perfectly climate-controlled home in the warm summer months as well as in the cooler seasons.
Do you provide a daily cleaning service?
We do not offer daily housekeeping. A full cleaning of the apartment is included at check-in and check-out for a fee of €290 per cleaning, already included in your booking. If you would like an additional full cleaning during your stay, please contact our team in advance; we can only offer a full cleaning at the stated price. Every home also has premium Bosch appliances, including a washing machine and a dryer.
Is there complimentary Wi-Fi?
Yes, all Salvatore Homes properties include complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi, so you can stay connected throughout your stay, whether you are working remotely, streaming or planning your next day on Lake Garda.
Do we need to bring bed linen or towels?
No, there is no need to bring your own. All Salvatore Homes properties are fully equipped with Salvatore Homes CASA® Collection bed linen, towels and essential amenities for a comfortable, hassle-free stay.
Do you provide bathroom amenities?
Yes, we provide premium BARRONA® bathroom amenities. Each Salvatore Homes property includes shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap and a hairdryer, so you can pack light and feel at home.
Is smoking allowed?
No, smoking is not allowed inside any Salvatore Homes property. Smoking outdoors is fine as long as no smell reaches the interior: doors must be kept closed while smoking. Please check with our team for the details of your home. Violations are fined €2,500.
Is the swimming pool heated during my stay?
The swimming pool is open and heated from mid-April to mid-October (the exact dates can vary with the residence community's decision). Casa Olivia also has a private whirlpool that can be used all year round.
How far is the swimming pool from the apartment?
The infinity pool of Residence Corte Garden can be reached directly from the apartment's own garden through a garden gate. Take a swim and come straight back to your own garden, with no need to look for sunbeds: our premium sun loungers are waiting in your garden.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this stunning luxury apartment in the Residence Corte Garden. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the elegant design, high-end finishes, and thoughtful amenities that made our stay feel truly indulgent.
One of our favorite features was the terrace overlooking the community pool—it was the perfect spot to relax and unwind after a dip in the pool. The pool itself was pristine and never too crowded, offering a peaceful retreat just steps from our door.
The location couldn’t have been better. Being just a 1-minute walk from the city center meant we had easy access to Bardolino’s shops, restaurants, and lakeside promenade. We also appreciated how convenient it was to reach nearby bus routes, making day trips around Lake Garda much easier (especially using Google Maps).

Das Apartment ist sehr modern und liegt nur 3 Gehminuten von der Altstadt entfernt. Man hat einen Gemeinschaftspool direkt an der Terrasse, den man mit nutzen kann. Affald - når spandene i garagen er fyldt, skal man selv køre sit affald væk.

Luxusní, avšak přitom domácká atmosféra mě okamžitě uchvátila. Obzvláště jsem si užívala přístupu k bazénu a soukromí vlastní zahrady. Eine absolut tolle Location! Die Ausstattung läßt nichts zu wünschen übrig. An jedes Detail wurde gedacht!
