Torri del Benaco · Residence Porto Nuovo
A waterfront zero-energy home opposite the lake promenade, with dream views over the lake and the mountains.
A zero-energy house with a rooftop photovoltaic system that powers the entire residence. Underfloor heating and cooling with ceiling fans, modern and luxurious interiors with self-painted works by the owner.
Both bedrooms have a 160 cm double bed, a 43″ TV and a balcony over the olive-tree garden at the back. The living room with open kitchen has a 65″ TV with BOSE surround sound and Bosch appliances.
The spacious underground garage behind an electric gate has room for two cars and bicycles, with washer and dryer, and leads straight to the lake promenade opposite.

Yes, all Salvatore Homes properties are air-conditioned, so you can relax in a perfectly climate-controlled home in the warm summer months as well as in the cooler seasons.
We do not offer daily housekeeping. A full cleaning of the apartment is included at check-in and check-out for a fee of €290 per cleaning, already included in your booking. If you would like an additional full cleaning during your stay, please contact our team in advance; we can only offer a full cleaning at the stated price. Every home also has premium Bosch appliances, including a washing machine and a dryer.
Yes, all Salvatore Homes properties include complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi, so you can stay connected throughout your stay, whether you are working remotely, streaming or planning your next day on Lake Garda.
No, there is no need to bring your own. All Salvatore Homes properties are fully equipped with Salvatore Homes CASA® Collection bed linen, towels and essential amenities for a comfortable, hassle-free stay.
Yes, we provide premium BARRONA® bathroom amenities. Each Salvatore Homes property includes shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap and a hairdryer, so you can pack light and feel at home.
No, smoking is not allowed inside any Salvatore Homes property. Smoking outdoors is fine as long as no smell reaches the interior: doors must be kept closed while smoking. Please check with our team for the details of your home. Violations are fined €2,500.
The swimming pool is open and heated from mid-April to mid-October (the exact dates can vary with the residence community's decision).

We had a great time at this place. Its main asset is undoubtedly the magnificent view of the lake, which you don't get tired of, especially at sunset when the spectacle is superb. The location is ideal: it is quite possible to walk to Torri del Benaco, where there are many restaurants and pleasant entertainment. The pool is spacious, very pleasant and also offers a beautiful view of the lake. The host is very responsive, available and gives good advice. Finally, the garage is large and easy to access, which is a real plus. We would recommend this accommodation in a second!

The condo is as beautiful as the pictures. Clean, modern home with all the amenities and breathtaking views. On hot days, the pool was a lovely break. A quick walk into Torri or a car ride away from many other towns to explore. The location was superb. Host were responsive and kind. We would highly recommend and stay again in a heartbeat!

We had a wonderful stay. Probably one of the most beautiful Airbnbs that we stayed at. I loved this area especially because it was quiet and free of crowds. We were able to walk to great restaurants on both sides. The town was just a five minute walk and they had live music nightly with lots of restaurant and shop options. We’d definitely stay again!

Our stay in Torri del Benaco was magical. The town itself is absolutely charming—one of the most quaint and beautiful in the Lake Garda region. The apartment was the perfect home base to enjoy it all. We could easily walk to town and the ferry, and having a private garage for our rental car was a big plus. The unit has stunning views of the lake, is modern and well-appointed, and even comes with a lap pool that I was able to enjoy in late September. For anyone visiting Lake Garda, I would highly recommend this place.

Location, view and overall building quality was great. The apartment and the location certainly deserve it, but some situations and shortcomings make me lean towards a not entirely positive judgment: 1. The showers do not drain well and every time the bathrooms turn into a pool without the possibility of drying them. 2. For 3 nights, the alarm contact prevented me from using the room without that annoying whistle. 3. The bedroom is adjacent to the primary air duct and at night the noise is annoying. It's like sleeping on a plane. 4. The pillows are so soft that they do not create thickness. I asked for a replacement, but I was told that you didn't have any others. 5. While I understand that many guests are not Italian, I find it unacceptable that it is not possible to speak Italian on the phone with your contact person during the booking process, all the systems inside the house are set in German (alarm, home automation). In conclusion, a positive experience with some shadows.

Beautiful, comfortable, modern apartment right on the lake in Torri del Benaco which ended up being our favorite place we visited in Italy. The details really make it special — luxurious bedding, great lighting, plenty of shelving and storage for clothing, and well stocked kitchen. Kind and responsive hosts and the swimming pool is gorgeous! 10/10 in every way! My only regret is not staying longer.

Interior space was well appointed, high end finishes and comfortable for 4 people. Our hosts offered excellent communication and made us feel right at home. This apartment is wonderful. It is very modern and has everything you need for a comfortable and convenient stay in Lake Garda. The beds were very comfortable. The kitchen is fully equipped. The deck has an amazing view of the lake. The apartment is within an easy walk to restaurants, shopping, the ferry, and the weekly outdoor market. We loved having a garage for our car and laundry facilities. The entire place was very clean. The team set up a group WhatsApp text message so that we could ask them any questions that might arise… communication was very good. We would definitely stay again. We would have liked written directions on how to use the air conditioning, the washer and dryer, and the microwave. We eventually figured these things out, but a well placed instructions sheet would have been handy. All of these appliances worked really well, we were just unfamiliar with these models.

Torri del Benaco was one of our favorite hamlets around Lake Garda along with Garda and Malcesine. There is a huge waterfront and the entire town is built / optimized around lake access with tons of restaurants / cafes / bars on the water - tons of opportunity to sip Aperol Spritz while watching the sunset. The property is a 5 minute drive from Punta San Vigilio where we had one of the best lunches we have ever had right on the water. The property itself is super modern / well-designed / well-furnished with a private garage for the unit and a communal super modern lap swimming pool which was for the most part empty / unused so it ended up being like a private swimming pool. The private garage was an awesome feature. I think the most incredible aspect of the property was the killer sunset from the balcony. My wife and I were back in the property every night for sundowners and enjoying the magical sunset. Cannot recommend this property enough.

Die Ausstattung der Wohnung war hervorragend – alles neu und gepflegt. Die Aussicht war wunderbar – direkt auf den See. Die, wie schon von vielen beschriebene großzügige Garage, war wirklich einzigartig. Die Betten waren sehr bequem und die Bäder nach neuestem Standard. Es gab zusätzlich zu dem großen Balkon zum See raus auch noch einen etwas kleineren Balkon mit Zugang von beiden Schlafzimmern. Bettwäsche, Handtücher und Bademäntel waren qualitativ sehr gut. Die Erreichbarkeit und Rückmeldung des Gastgebers war superschnell. Der Ort war in ca. 5 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Die gute Lage am See hatte einen großen Nachteil – der Straßenverkehr war zum Teil sehr laut. Der Pool war schön, aber nicht ausreichend beheizt, was wohl der Wetterlage zuzuschreiben war.

Top Wohnung nur wenige Gehminuten vom Altstadtkern entfernt. Toller Ausblick auf den See, mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Großzügig Handtücher, auch für den Pool, in der Küche ist alles vorhanden, wenn man selber kochen mag. Auto kann in absperrbarer Einzelgarage untergebracht werden, der Aufzug geht von dort direkt ins Stockwerk der Wohnung. Toller Pool. Super Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter und der Ansprechpartnerin vor Ort, sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Die Wohnung liegt direkt an der Via Gardesana – wer den Gardasee kennt, weiß, was auf dieser Straße verkehrstechnisch los ist. Gerade die Motorradfahrer sind auch schon im April zum Saisonstart aktiv unterwegs, der Lärmpegel ist dementsprechend hoch. Der Pool war entgegen der Beschreibung nicht beheizt, lag aber vermutlich am Reisezeitraum Anfang April.

What a perfect location in a very beautiful part of the world. The apartment had everything you could ask for including the most amazing lake view. We sat on the balcony every evening before dinner and watched the incredible sunsets. Location was perfect for a short stroll into the old town for dinner at the many waterside restaurants. Amazing property and place. Salvatore could not be more friendly, helpful and pro active. The local town (Torri del Benaco) is beautiful. Cobbled streets, lots of lovely restaurants and bars without being too busy. The property has a luxury spa resort feel especially when you walk from the apartment to the pool. The pool is spectacular - clearest I have ever been in. Could not recommend highly enough.

Beautiful complete apartment with great views within walking distance of many restaurants. Communication with host is easy and fast. Shower is always overflowing, flooding the bathroom. Lots of noise nuisance traffic. Very slow WIFI for 4 adults. Did not receive a suitable compensation for a sagging bed that eventually broke.

The location is gorgeous and very easy to walk into Torri. The kitchen has high-end appliances and is stocked with exactly what you need. The linens are all high quality and embroidered. You can swim in the pool or in the lake across the street. The screens on the doors and windows with the shutters were very high end and sealed out the noise perfectly. The deck is nice and comfortable and it’s lovely to have a washer and dryer to clean laundry. There is a private garage if you drive, which I would recommend.There aren’t a lot of ferry’s that go in and out of the Torri port, so a car would have been handy. The showers are amazing and the shampoo and conditioner were really high quality, but the slope of the tile makes it so the water kind of gets out of the shower easily. The couch could be a little larger and more comfortable, but it was totally fine for our needs.
